About the Conference

This event is designed to meet the needs of cancer survivors, their families and caregivers before, during and after diagnosis.

Target Audience:

Cancer survivors, their families and caregivers.

Objectives of Cancer…Living the Journey:

To provide a forum for survivors and their families to network with other survivors and their families, support agencies and health care experts.
To provide a fun, supportive event that encourages survivors to celebrate life.
To provide information about new advances in cancer diagnosis and treatment.
To provide information about conditions survivors face during treatment and interventions to address those conditions.
To provide information to assist survivors in improving the quality of life after cancer treatment.

This is the first community-wide cancer conference to be offered in this region. The Cancer Conference Coalition for Cancer...Living the Journey is comprised of:
